Tell us a little about your dog
Including their breed, age, approximate size, the service you're interested in and anything we should know about their previous grooming experiences. That last part is particularly important if your dog is nervous or has previously found grooming difficult — the more we know beforehand, the better we can prepare for their visit.
While your dog is with us
Make the most of the time
Our location is particularly convenient if you'd rather make use of the time than simply wait for your appointment to finish.
There's a restaurant and coffee shop on site where you can work, relax or meet friends, as well as the opportunity to pick up your pet food while you're here.
Then all that's left is to collect a freshly groomed dog – quite possibly wearing one of our handmade bows.
